Dr M. Kissaka is the COICT principal and a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering, College of Information and Communications Technology, University of Dar es Salaam. His is involved in teaching and supervising undergraduate and postgraduate students and carrying out consultancy activities in the field of ICT.His research interest include wireless communication, powerline communication (PLC), Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and eLearning. He is a registered Professional Engineer with the Engineers Registration Board (ERB) of Tanzania.

Dr Kimaro is a Senior Lecturer and the head of the Department of Computer Science and Engineering (DoCSE) at the COICT, UDSM. He has extensive experience in implementing information systems in the context of developing countries. He has also published his work extensively in several journals and conferences of the developing countries.

Mr Senyoni is an Information Systems researcher undertaking his PhD studies at the University of Oslo (UiO), Norway. He is also a member of DoCSE at UDSM. His current research interest is on establishing a better understanding on the standardization process of the health information systems at the regional level.
